The head chef at the Caruso Club, Irene Costantini will be teaching Italian Cooking Classes over the next few weeks which are being organized by the Societá Caruso Culture and Education Committee. Three classes are being offered.

Dates/Times:

Tuesday, February 20th – Pasta Making

Tuesday, February 27th – Italian Sauces

Tuesday, March 6th – Make the perfect Risotto

The classes run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Cost:

Classes are $50 each and participants will be able to enjoy what they have prepared at the end of the lesson.
